John D. Kristoff
John has designed and managed secure logistics programs and VIP movements for the Pan American Games, Good Will Games, Olympics, National Political Conventions, and their opening and closing ceremonies. A certified DoD Global Strategic Mobility Manager, John directed logistics teams in support of classified DoD movements, and he also served as the logistics lead on the Joint Services Team that designed and implemented the transfer of the Panama Canal Zone to the Government of Panama.
Celia Straus
Celia Straus is a NY Times bestselling author; producer of radio, television, and live events; and scriptwriter. For years she created and wrote numerous concerts, including the National Memorial Day Concert broadcast annually on PBS and the Anti-Defamations League’s Concert Against Hate performed at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. She has written extensively on veterans’ issues including one of the first books on PTSD, Hidden Battles on Unseen Fronts, Casement, 2009.
Andrew Carroll
Andrew Carroll is a playwright, historian, and NYTimes bestselling author, and his book Operation Homecoming inspired the Emmy-winning documentary of the same name. He is the founding director of the Center for American War Letters at Chapman University, the creator of the Museum of American War Letters, and the co-host of the “Behind the Lines” podcast. He has also led PTSD-related creative writing classes in military hospitals throughout the U.S. and overseas.

Derrick N. Shaw
US Army Orchestra (Pershing’s Own) Deputy Commander Derrick Shaw (LTC, US Army, ret.) served as conductor, director, and manager of the 72-member Army Ceremonial Band, the Herald Trumpets, and the Army Strings. He conducted prestigious events across the globe, including the 2017 Presidential Inauguration, the 2018 Rose Bowl, and numerous White House diplomatic events.
